The Junior League of Greater Lakeland is seeking a highly organized, proactive professional to serve as our Part-Time Office Manager. This key role supports the League’s administrative operations while overseeing the management and rental of our building.
The Office Manager serves as a central point of contact for members, community partners, vendors, and renters—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service, and responsible stewardship of League resources. Responsibilities include office administration, coordination of facility rentals, support for League events, and oversight of building maintenance and vendor relationships.
Ideal candidates will have experience in office administration, facility or event management, and customer service. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling systems is required; QuickBooks and nonprofit experience are preferred.
This position requires occasional evening and weekend availability, the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and maintenance of a valid driver’s license and cell phone.
