Women building better communities. That’s the Junior League.

The Junior League of Greater Lakeland, Inc. is committed to promoting overall wellness of body, mind, and spirit for women and children in our community, through our own community efforts and by partnering with other non-profit organizations in the Greater Lakeland area with a wellness vision.

JLGL members actively reach well over 10,000 families each year. Sustainers, members who have served the JLGL faithfully for decades, have left a proud legacy.  Together, all members continue to meet the needs of the community in unique and powerful ways.

Hear from Jessica Brown, our 2020-2021 President.

We are an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Meet the women who are currently serving as chair and board members.

The Junior League is proud of its legacy and continues to strive to meet the needs of the community through its dedicated and sustained membership.

The Community Think Tank (CTT) formerly known as the Community Advisory Board, is a valuable tool for the league. CTT is comprised of approximately 20 community members from education, business and philanthropic sectors.
